The lab is the substance layer of Convivy, a two-person software lab. It's where you can see how our agentic development system actually works — the machine that builds our products — and pick up the tools and ideas to set up your own version.
What's here
Field Notes — our blog. Things I think I've learned, and things that are
emerging to me as interesting threads to pull on.
The team site — a (lightly scrubbed) view of our own dashboards, knowledge
base, and reference docs. What the agents cost, how fast they move, and how the
whole system fits together.
Tools you can use — Right now, we have Write Better,
our standard for fixing the habits of AI-drafted prose. Soon, there will be a
starter kit that installs a streamlined version of this whole environment on your own
machine. Every tool repo here is distributed for free under the MIT License.
How to use it
Start with Field Notes for the ideas, or the team site to watch the machine run.
If you're here to build your own, the starter kit (coming soon) is the fast path.
It comes with a steward, an agent roster, a dashboard, a knowledge base, and a stub
product wired for whichever models you want to try.
