Write Better

Our house writing standard, and the first tool we've published: github.com/convivy/write-better. It names the habits common in AI-drafted prose — define-by-negation, the broad-to-narrow ramp, the bare-fragment lead — and gives the plainer form to use instead. It ships as a style guide plus a retrofit pass you can run on any draft, and a conversational companion (Talk Better) for chat replies. We hold every piece of prose the lab produces, human- or model-written, to it.

Starter kit

A distilled version of this whole environment for your own machine: github.com/convivy/agentic-starter-kit. One install gives you a steward agent, a working roster, a dashboard, a knowledge base your agents can search, and a stub product wired for whichever models you want to try — so the system-design reference stops being a thing you read and becomes a thing you run. From there you grow it the way we grew this one: by asking Claude.
